Wanted to have few doubts clarified. Unlike many of you I just joined the race very late. It will be great if any of you guys could clarify my doubts.

1 . I just enrolled for IELTS-GT for 25th May, and just trying to get hold of ECA done. I have seen many people mention, Application sent without IELTS. Will that work? Can I submit application without ECA done and/or without IELTS score?

2. I have been coaxed by certified consultants saying, they will be able to sign the the representative form which will benefit me and will guide through the application process and be my "mouth" when talking to cic. I believe it does, your thoughts please.

3. I am hoping to apply by mid June with IELTS/ECA done, being this late will affect my chances. My code is 2174 which is going to be filled first for sure.

4. Is there a cap for application cic will accept? Is it first come first serve basis if they points are met ?

1 - No one is sending without IELTS / ECA as a principal applicant. You will have to send Original IELTS + ECA when applying.
2- If you can fill the applications forms yourself, and gather all the requirements yourself [which I do believe is quiet possible], than do not hire a consultant. They will only arrange your papers, and submit on your behalf. IF for some reason, you are called an interview, you are going to do it, not your consultant.
3- This is all luck. Keep checking forum, CIC website for applications received and the link in my footer.
4- 5000 overall cap with sub-cap of 300 per category. It is first come first serve for COMPLETE application package. Points are calculated at a later stage.
