i am FSW 2014 applicant from USA
i got the passport request
how do i send the passport they mentioned about canadian express post return envelope but i am not able to do it online without canadian credit card. i don't have anybody in canada who can do this for me

what is the next option to send passport with return envelope?

Read their E mail closely, esp the last line, which I have highlighted in Red color.

CPPO does not handle any prepaid envelope from any country/courier. If you send they will trash the envelope and send by ordinary Canad snail mail.
Try to get "Xpresspost/USA prepaid envelope (which has tracking facility as well) sold by Canada post if you know someone in Canada.
Otherwise buy it on "Amazon.com". I believe shipping is free if you use an US address.
You can expect to get your passport back in 3-6 weeks.

Buddy, the main concern is proof of funds. If you won't submit the updated one then they will surely ask for the updated bank statement at a later stage as it is vague why you are submitting an old bank certificate. Ask yourself what you would think if you get an old statement? It clearly shows that may be you don't have enough funds now. Now decision is up to you. However, I don't think it will be an issue for now..

I am confused how much points I get for education

I am applying as NOC 0911 Manufacturing Manager category.

WES credentials are as under

1. Chemical Engineer 'Bachelors Degree(4 years)
2. MBA as 'Excecutive Masters of Business Administration'.

Please help whether I get 22 points or 23?

Buddy I have clearly mentioned in other thread that you will get 22 points.

Bachelors: 21 points
Masters: additional 1 point.

You will not get 23 points because your degree is not one of the following categories.

Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy.
