For my wife's application we have sent her Birth certificate but for me I have only sent baptism certificate. I have not submitted my 10th mark sheet since it does not have my parents name printed on it.
Pls advice wat should be done now. Should I mail CIC with my newly made birth certificate?? What is the process to contact CIC. We don't have a file number yet. Urgent replies plssssssssssss.

I have applied in may 2013 and my file was transferred to New Delhi in september 2013 from that day till today i didn't receive any communication from CHC.
on 15 september 2014 i have applied for Case Specific Enq. and Also sent the email to CHC at the same day, but still no reply from CHC also.
Please give me you opinion what you all think about my case... (any suggestion is appreciable)

Since your file was accepted by CIO and forwarded to NDVO, that means that your file is processing. You did the right thing to send CSE after a year. But you should also order your GCMS notes. That will give you the right idea of what went wrong with your processing...
Update : I collected my stamped passport with COPR today from VFS office, Ahmedabad
