Is it normal that applications sent after mine be processed and still my application not , and my fee has not been processed from my CC
No it is not possible that applications sent after you be processed because they process application as they arrive. on first come first serve basis.

Police station only issue PVC not PCC, For PCC apply to passport seva kendra(PSK) online and then you have to go PSK with required documents and they will issue on same day.

Hello everyone,
My application reached CIC on 22nd of April 2014. No news yet. No charges on my card. I called them on +1 (613) 944-4000 but they are not providing any information (I tried twice) even not UCI no. I drpped them email on CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca. Is there any other way to contact them or should I wait for email reply.
Hi, FSW'14 applicants whose appl received on May 1st are posting their CC charged.
Can you share whether you made any mistakes in filling application or left any documents or any other mistakes you did.

PVC and PCC are not same, they are issued on different letterheads and signed by different authorities. PVC is signed by the local Commissioner of Police, while PCC is signed by the PSK authority. But both are issued for the same reason and have the same validity. CIO and NDVO accepts both PVC and PCC. The CIC website states "Applicants should contact the local Senior Superintendent of Police/ Superintendent of Police/ Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Police, the Additional Commissioner of Police, or the Station House Officer (Police clearance certificate issued by the Regional Passport Office are also acceptable.)"
I submitted a PVC and not a PCC... no issue at all... go ahead and submit a PVC if it works for you
