2) Calgary

3) Edmonton

4) Saskatoon

5) Hamilton

In terms of attractiveness as place to move for work, Regina and Calgary top the list, with the highest median levels of employment income, among the lowest jobless rates and relatively low tax burdens. However, Regina's better housing affordability lifts the city into the top spot.

Statistic is in terms of attractiveness as place to move for work. However I do agree Calgary is one of the worst places to live in Canada in terms of weather.

Good news from my side........ I just noticed that my ECAS is showing up a 2nd line "we started processing ur application on jan10 2014".

I think this is a good sign. Any guesses when can i receive my medicals......

Those from INdia, who have had international PCC, can you please share the content of PCC. Is the reason for issuing the PCC required as "for travelling to canada" needed in it. I am a bit worried as they have written it as "travelling to India" Will it matter?

Please suggest.

I don't have my FBI PCC with me right now. But I don't remember reading any line in it mentioning "for traveling to India (or anywhere else)". The Indian PCC does mention that "the PCC is issued for the purpose of Canadian Immigration".

This is just my opinion: I don't think it even matters if they don't put (or put) that line in the PCC. What is important is that the law enforcement authorities confirming that applicants has a clean record in their country during his duration of stay.

I feel that you should send the PCC you have now, so you don't miss the deadline. In parallel, you may think of applying for a corrected one if its not too costly; you know, just in case. All in all, I feel that your current PCC from Nigeria would suffice and that line "for traveling to India" will not matter.

I request other members to provide there opinion.

To order a new one would cost me around 30K INR more, and plus additional time frame which I dont have currently

I think it should suffice since CIC is only concerned about your clean records in Nigeria. 8)
