I think what they mean to say is that they would process this much applications in 2014, nowhere they mentioned that they will open new FSW program in 2014.

I applied for FSW via London VO in May,2013 while I was still a UK resident. Although i have got my PER. I returned to my home country (Nigeria) in August,2013 after the expiration of my UK visa, but my file is still with London VO. Now that LVO have started work on May,2013 applicant, I have the following questions.
1. Could London VO possibly request for a physical interview with me seeing as i am in Nigeria and would need to obtain a UK visa before I can attend such interview?
2. Has anyone been in same situation? I would like to contact them via personal email to see how their case was handled.

I also thought of that before but my agent told me that i should wait for a reply from CIC because there might be some conflict when both of my application will reached the cap. They advice me to wait for 3 mos after sending my app. You could send Cic inquiry after 10 weeks of sending your apps.

Please i need you opinion about noc 2134. Last year when the occupation list was release I thought I am not eligible for any NOC mentioned there. Now I was looking carefully at NOC 2134 as chemical engineer and there is mentioned Chemical engineers research, design, and develop chemical processes and equipment, oversee the operation and maintenance of industrial chemical, plastics, pharmaceutical, resource, pulp and paper, and food processing plants and perform duties related to chemical quality control, environmental protection and biochemical or biotechnical engineering.
Actually I work in Pharma industry and my major is Chemistry and Pharm Technology. Please I don't know where to ask about my eligibility, so any comment in this forum will be very helpful.
