"IMMUNIZATION RECORD DOCUMENT" can be generated from Vaccination/Immunization Card for younger kids. For instance, if someone doesn't have Vaccination/Immunization Card, how a Doctor would be able to fill in and certify "IMMUNIZATION RECORD DOCUMENT". I just wanted to say that Vaccination/Immunization Card is a basic record which must be available with all parents of new born babies and younger kids.

What you are saying is right, but this is a procedure, NDVO instruct us to follow, so we can't argue that we have file which has been already signed by doctors at every vaccination to baby. You may use your vaccination signed proofs / receipt as additional proofs but ultimately it require to have "IMMUNIZATION RECORD DOCUMENT" given by NDVO.
Do not worry about it. It's usual. Just keep checking your mail box and spam.
You will receive one mail with directions for Medicals and a request letter. And you will receive number of separate mails as many as the applicants in your application. Like for you, spouse and a kid, there will be three different mails with one attachment each. This will be your medical form with your name and bar code printed on it. DO not book your appointment till you have all mails mentioned above.
Thanks, Yeah this is it... but I guess the doubt was if there were any incidents where Airport Officer intentionally decided to Not Accept Bank Statements from Local (applicant's) Banks... !

As i have got only transcripts sealed envelope not Request for Academic Records?
Will it effect my ECA by WES?
Hey buddy !! they asked me POF too with MR mail..
I included Bank Letter along with FDs stating that my FDs are still active with the bank
For Saving Bank accounts, i only submitted Online Printout of Statements
+ submitted Provident Fund Statement downloaded from EFPO site.
