After a long long wait and almost lost my hope and when I reluctantly logged in ECAS..not expecting anything.....just now IST 11:50 pm....i have some news to share....it shows the 2nd line....i dont know when it got changed....
We started processing ur application on December 30th.....
At last ....something is moving now..... ...Hope is still there...God is showing some mercy...

This is an unselfish HOLY forum....We pray for other members...We feel happy if anybody announces a good news...Where we can see this in whole world....Although our physical bodies are unknown, we are a union of loving souls....
God is there and he is listening to all our prayers...Just our day and order has to come....
Im sure that all our forumites will get good news this year....so just keep faith in him and get along....

CPP-O just sent me an email asking me to pay the fees to add my spouse to the PR file. I already sent my spouse's documents themselves on Nov 19, accompanied with the old fee payment form. Today they asked me to pay online.
I hope this means good news and they start processing my file ASAP.
Don't worry, just use it. It means that the form itself has been renewed but the webpage hasn't. It happened to me before and i used the form wiz no problems.
