I have noticed that in the FSWP May2013 spreadsheet under "Cap Filled Apps" there are a few applicants whose name/column is highlighted in red

Can anyone clarify what that signifies . Im assuming their DD has been encashed

They are those who reported about their rejected/returned application due to cap reached.

No one can tell you when CIC return your passport and yes your mother can collect your passport on your behalf but for a safe side give a authority letter to your mother with your ID card or passport copy.

So far I know next FSW will start on 2015 ( EOI systems ) , so long time wait , by this time I'm looking for SINP , you may advise me do I eligible for SINP ?

Language : L 7 , S 7 , R 6, W 6.5
Relative in CA : Yes ( Paternal Uncle live in Toronto since 1998 )

Hello Priya, what do u mean by 2263 being stuck? I guess the reason why 2263 October applicants have no news is because most used DD payments and can't know when their DD has been encased. They await PER only and should hear from CIC soon in that regards.
