you can ask it from where you have made it, if you've made it through a money exchanger, ask them they will put up a request to the bank and you will get it in 3-5 days.

Guys my police certificate is in Hindi and according to CIC they need to be translated, the CIC website mentions that translation can only be done by a 'Certified Translator'. So, who exactly in Indian context is a 'Certified Translator'?? Please help.

You can go with the Notary sitting in courts....... some Notary persons are certified for translations and has stamp also for the same.
