Mine took 2 days with an express delivery service.

Likewise. In my case, Mirabel is where it cleared customs. If it arrived there this morning it will probably be delivered Thursday if my experience is anything to go by.

I will share mine Fedex update for your reference.. this is for today's delivery. May be our packages going together or just following up.


Tuesday
9:53 am- On Fedex Vehicle for delivery

Monday
5:45 am- At destination sort facility - Goffs, NS
3:34 am- In transit- Mirabe, PQ

Saturday
3:15 am- In transit- Kingston, ON

I tell you one thing which is very sort and simple.

Whatever you wrote about the NOC count(applciation sent on 5thmay ext) was your experience/understanding/observation. Which is absolutely fine to post in any forum and always welcome.

But Its upto other people how they want to take your views. In this forum people are more reacting!! unnecessary reacting!

I can see CAP CAP CAP CAP!!! ;D No other discussion!!

Lets say , if CIC update cap count then what they want to do? celebration?!!!

Ideally everyone should keep on eye of email inbox and wait for File number from CIC. Not counting of CAP!!

anyway , everyone has different attitude and that actually determines their way!

However in my view, I am 100% sure about the people who has sent their file at first 100 place have not mentioned genuine duties for 2174. Those file are going to return!!(atleast 50 files!!) The reason behind this is there are not actually applicant for 2174.

Anyway,

To my thought, CIC will publish CAP count list for only genuine completed applications received after doing initial checks.
It dos'nt matter to them if 300 files received and 100 uncompleted applications.. so 200 will be genuine
