Got our Passports with VISA back yesterday. Will be landing tomorrow.
Any advice, my attorney tells me that I can go to the Canada/US border to land only if I can enter US legally and have a valid reason to enter US. But I wont have to enter US for landing do I? I don't have a US VISA if what my attorney says is true.

This is Vaibhav from Pune. I am also a civil engineer. Submitted my passports on 16th of Jan 2014. Still waiting for the Visa. Gave RFPR fee too, don't know how much time its going to take? I also have got acknowledgment from CIC New Delhi that they have my passport with them. But how much still to wait? Its painful!!!

I am applying under noc 2131 for FSW 2014. Can you please help me out on an issue I am facing with adding/editing pdf forms? The issues that I came across right now are:
> There is not enough space in some of the fields to fill the whole info. e.g. address, company names.
> Cannot add 'Till Date' in the 'To Date' field. This field is only accepting numbers.
And, can I write with pen on those fields on which I cannot add the correct information? Also, please tell me how to add the additional sheet for filling in my work experience as the number of columns are limited.

One more question. I have worked in a firm for 6 months. I am not planning to claim the experience that I gained from that company. But, is it mandatory to get the reference letter from this company even though I'm not planning to avail the experience points. Please help me out.
