Thanks! I thought of adding a print out of the online application 'confirmation page' (includes application ref#). So, is it better to write the WES reference number in the envelope?
you can put printout in side but for that you need another envalop as you can not open uni sealed envalop.
What i mean in write your ref. no on the top of main envalop in bold letter.

VATS, I was confused since..the requirement for Indian applicants says:
1)Clear, legible photocopies of all final degree certificates issues by institutions- to be submitted to WES by applicant AND
2)All marksheets to be sent directly to WES by the institution
See for India as I have sent:
Marksheet, degree Certi, Transctipt signed by university registar + form filled by the same
add this all to one envalop and have a seal of university registar
send this cover to WES with above discussion

Thanks VATS..I'm applying for 2131 itself..I know its kind of hot NOC now, seeing the numbers..but fingers crossed..just sent docs to WES, waiting for IELTS results and preparing rest of the docs in parallel..hoping for the best thing to happen VATS..
hello seniors....any thoughts on when july last week applicants can expect per email for noc-civil engineers.....now that 2131/2132/2147 being hot.....do we still need to wait as per normal trend of around 80days to know the result...or we can expect some thing before .

Oh my god...even your question is as confusing as your work experience ...if I understand correctly you have exp both in IT and civil and now you want to know in which category you have to apply for fsw program.....then I would suggest better apply under Civil as you have some chances in our NOC and also NOC related to your IT experience is almost filled.
