You should be okay 4-6 weeks Before your course starts.

You should quarantine the next 11 days together to be considered as same household. Then you can also quarantine first 3 days together. The Canadian address should be the same for both the persons for 11 days then its same household.

Yes they accept cash in the hotel I stayed Fairfeild Inn. But when you do the initial booking you need to book through credit card. When you check in just let the front desk know your mode of payment. So they wont deduct from your credit card.

Hi, I asked the hotel staff at Sheraton and they specifically said to use international Credit/Debit card only. Hence do not use your forex card. Rest you can call and confirm from your particular hotel since mode of payments might differ from hotel to hotel.
