From getting TCS reference letter through to getting PR

Hi All,

I know there are many people from TCS who have got reference letters from HR/Manager/colleague and have obtained PR also.
Can you please briefly explain what steps you had followed to get the required letters and which was approved by CIC also?
Appreciate the help!

PS. There are many threads where people have suggested some options but it didn't say if it worked out and got approved by CIC. So any info on what actually worked would really help.
