i am applying for visitor permit extension.. in form IMM5708 what date should i write for question:
Status in Canada: Visitor
FROM date, I dont know as no date mentioned in the permit..

From the next day your current permit expires.

You have to write down the proper question. I will assume it is:

Personal Details Q7

It should be from the first date you were a visitor in Canada. If you came here with a TRV then on write down the date you first came. If you changed from status then the day you changed of status.
