Form Filling and queries - Post if problem (Application by ourself for FSW 2013)

Please post your queries and recommendation for forms filling for fsw canada 2013. Some are my questions.
1) Type of application : __________ (economic / family / others): If i am principal application with my dependents as wife and child under 18 age.
2) Type of dependent : __________ Dependent type A / B / C.
3) If my relatives is not having PR Card at present than what show i tick yes or no in the form.
