Are you kidding!!!?

If not make your question clear.
If you are confused about adding dependant, you can add up to five (5) dependants on Generic Form IMM0008. Item 10 : Relationship- select
spouse
To add a new dependant to the application, click the “Add Dependant” button.
If you have more than five (5) family members, then only you need to complete the
Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) form for each additional family member in order to include everyone in your application.
Husband is child applicant ????????
