do we need to fully fill up this 5444E form while landing or I can fill it earlier and just present it when required while landing in Canada ? also do we need to fill up the addresses and work experience of last 5 years as mentioned ? also travels abroad ? or it is just for ppl who are requesting a replacement or renewing ? kindly help
