Since the PR card form covers new, renewal and lost/stolen PR Card applicants, I can't sort out which sections are for those landing for the first time.
When my partner lands do they fill out their address/ work/ school info of their country or origin as they have not yet been in Canada?
You don't need to do anything with this form since it is the landing and becoming a PR stage. CBSA will take care of it and tell you what and where to sign during the landing procedures at the POE.
