forgotten to send "right of permanent residence fee"

When I got my medical 1 year before, it was written in letter

"the following processing fees are outstanding : right of permanent residence fee*1($490)"

What is this fee for? I gave processing fee. Is it for medical? or landing?

I have done medical. There I gave medical fee but very small amount.

The most important thing is that I didn't send this money. So what can be happen? What should I do?

This is the landing fee.

If you were asked for this fee a year ago and didn't pay it - your file may now be closed.

I would contact the visa office as soon as possible to ask if your file is still open. If it is, send the fee as soon as you can.
