Forgot to upload a document for a TRV

So I recently submitted an application for a TRV (less than 120 days) from Nigeria to attend a fellowship, which I have received with a grant by a University in Canada. I forgot to submit the Letter from the University to Canada Immigration requesting for my entry requirements.

I however found the CSE form and uploaded it there on the same day, in fact, a few minutes after I had sent the original application.

Please, is this sufficient? Would I need to do anything else?

If you raised a webform with the document then that is all you can do but wait. TRV processing from Nigeria is about 600 days so if you get a response before that then you are fortunate.

Thank you for your response. I have gotten a response to provide my biometrics at the VAC. So hopefully there will be progress, as I am apply under the Global Skills Strategy programme.

The biometric response is automated

As for TRV, I am assuming this a Visitor visa ? I am not sure if Visitor visa is subjected to exemptions

I understand. That is what the university is hoping for and is in the content of their letter.

So we can only wait and see.

I really just wanted to be sure that document sent through the webform would be considered alongside the application when it is being reviewed.

As long as the doc was attached to the file , the officer will be having it for review
