Forgot to sign in handwriting on IMM 5669 - Schedule A

Unfortunately this seems to be the most common mistake and probably 99% get sent back as incomplete

Hi guys, I submitted my app last July 31st and didn't get any response until now.. But then I saw this issue about missing the signature by hand next to the electronic one and realized that I didn't sign too.. My visa will expire next month october 14, if I resubmit this month and they receive before the end of this month, should I still need to extend my visa? Or I'll be on an implied status as soon as they receive my resubmission? Thank you for those who will answer.

I did that mistake too.our application hasn't received yet.I tried to return my application from courier service but its not possible.so we are really nervous because we are living outside Canada and it took a long time to send it.
I don't know what to do!

Oh I'm sorry to hear that. I received my AOR already after my resubmission.

Nope. They sent me back my package then I just resubmitted.

This is a very usual mistake that people do and unfortunately your whole application shall be returned.
The signature requirement however is mentioned in the Document Checklist on the last page.

Since you have to submit paper version, fine to write by hand and then sign.

You cannot submit family sponsorship online. So for family spoonsorship you need to print out the forms and sign them.

So, I just wanted to updated that my application was never returned and was actually accepted. We are landing in the end of the month

HI can i please ask for your help how did you physically SEND THE 5669 FORM ? SCAN EMAILED ? and did you learn as to how to sign it ? is it hand or just write in ones name ? we are applying for a grandparents PR IMM 5669 forms etc hope your enjoying Canada .......any help would be apricated
