Forgot to mention both programs (1+1) while applying for PGWP

I recently got my PGWP but forgot to submit documents for my first program. Now, the decision has come, and the validity of my PGWP is only one year. How can I get a three-year PGWP, as I’ve done 1+1 programs?

Raise a webform and ask for reconsideration including documents for your first program. Assume you completed both programs back to back and within 2 years.
