I had a quick question, I recently entered Canada after a visit from my home country. I was asked to use the kiosk machine, then only my declaration card was stamped, not my passport. Is this normal? Can we request the officer to stamp our passport too? Can anyone share their similar experience please? Really appreciate the help.
I am concerned that when I re-enter Canada after any trip, they might ask for a prior entry stamp or CIC might do so later. What to do? My home country might see it too.

Many people don't receive a stamp on entry. It's not a big deal and CBSA isn't going to ask for that entry stamp when you re-enter. They can see the record of your entries on the computer right in front of them. I don't know why your home country would care.
