Foreign Work Experience for Express Entry

Hi All,
I worked with a company in India as an e-business manager and them was made an e-business consultant. The work timeline is as follows:

E-Business Manager: 1 May 2015 to 28 February 2016
E-Business Consultant: 1 March 2016 to 5 October 2016

Note: I worked for the same employer, its just the title that changed.

How will CIC evaluate my work experience for Express Entry purposes.

My IELTS: L-8.5 R-8 W-7 S-8, Overall - 8

Is it the same NOC? If yes, then it will be considered as 1 year work experience.

NOC's are different if they are determined solely on the basis of the titles.
If duties are to be seen, for both positions, they fall under NOC 0.

NOC is always defined by the job duties.
