Ella .. what is your ecas status?? has it changed to received by visa office? also where do u live? London CHC sends AOR by 2nd class royal mail.. so if you are not in UK it might take 2-3 weeks to reach u..
@Jakram.... they send normal mail no email.

Well my Ecas has been changed to "Received by Visa Office" but have not still received AOR.

We sent full docs to London CIC - date for submission - Nov 2009.
E-cas changed on 25 Jan 2010 - Received by Visa Office.
No update after that.
