There is new rules in these days in passport sewa kedar.
You have make a appointment and get token first.
Its taking more thn a month to get pcc from passport office.
I get my and my spouse pcc within a week.
I applied on monday and get on saturday morning.
Ab yeh kar ke dikhao...yo yo pcc singh..hehehe

I got my pcc in may 2013 in a week without giving extra for it (of course under the table ).
May be they have changed their rules due to its excessive demand.

Anyways it was an old post who was asking for pcc. He would have got it by now

i receive my pcc from passport seva kendra only 500rs
