For candidates with the total CRS points of 351?

Is it possible for the candidates with the total CRS points of 351 to be selected for ITA through Express Entry Scheme? I have opened up my EE profile with above CRS points.
As CRS ranking is too low, so Is it worth to wait until ITA is received?
Shall I focus on trying PR through only PNP.
Could anyone give advice I appreciate all of you guys in advance for all the advice.

What is your NOC? If in trades or health care, maybe. If general draw, no. What PNPs are you eligible for? Learn French to boost score.

My NOC is TEER 0. My targeted primary occupation is TEER 70020 (Managers in transportation). Which PNPs would be eligible most? I will try French language to boost my score.
