appreciate if experts could help me understand how these candidates have score more then 500 or 600? are they from PNP ? approx 50% of candidate belongs to this range as per statics shared in forum for another discussion.

That second bracket starts at 451, though.  A person can easily score above 451 without either of those things mentioned above. We don't know exactly how it broke down.  It could also be that a lot of people got job offers.
