Hello everyone,

i just need some help here, need advice or something. please help. I submitted my apps to CIC march 2008 and a month later i received a receipt letter with a file number, and since then i have waited. last december 2009 finally i got to hear from them, i received a check from the government of canada with the same amount i submitted attached to my application but my application was no returned on the money. Question does this mean i was denied on my application? Can i refile? Can anybody help me what step will i make next. thank you so much. hope to hear from all of you.

well in Fast track normally 1 to 2 years if ur job duties match CIC NOC.
