I received my AOR today. WOOOHOOO..
Thanks for everyone who helped me when I had doubt or questions. Note that I resubmitted my application to CIO since I learnt from the forum regarding blank Fields. So I corrected the first one (CIO received on Dec 10) and resent a new corrected version (CIO received on Dec 23). That way I saved 2 months by avoiding the rejection due to the blank fields for the first application.

Now I have to wait a lenghty process of FBI check.

Doglover or whoever maintains the list.. pls update the list with my AOR....thank you!! Congrats to everyone that already got the AOR and Good luck to everyone who is still waiting...

  • It is required to get job responsibilites on company letter head.. I checked and companies whom I have worked with say they cannot issue it ??.... Can I send my offer letter and revealing letter which has my position held in that company for whom I work as proof for documents work?
  • Same applies for Salary Slips.. Companies say that you can use Form-16 as a proof for your salary information???.. I think this might work as Form-16 has all the information.. Please advice??

Welcome to Forum. It is about time when second half Dec appliacnt will start seeing the AOR. I think you may not have to wait for more than two weeks from now

Kindly add 'my documents delivered at CHC today on 17.02.10"

One thing i would like to suggest is that make some new column in the list for " Documents delivered at CHC", this will help in easy differentiation for all.

{Kindly correct, the fourth column should be 'DOCUMENT REQUEST/IA received' instead of AOR received . AOR received after document submission at CHC, and send by CHC not by CIC,NS}

I was also requested by CIO to send my application to CIC london last Dec 8 2009, may I know if that is the same date when they will start to count the 120 days notice

Yes, the will start counting 120 days from the date you get the request to submit document to Visa Office
