OO baai jee birth certificate is required, if u don't have one then eak affidavit day daao like-

AFFIDAVIT
I XXX S/O YYY, R/O ZZZZ do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

1. That by birth I am S/O YYY & Mrs. MMM R/O ZZZ
2. That I born on ----(D.O.B.) (city, state, contry)
3. That my place of birth is mentioned in Indian Passport No. #####
4. That my date of birth has been documented in the given below list of documents which are issued by State government/Government of India.
• Indian Passport No. #####
• Marriage Certificate
• Matriculation Certificate
• Driving licences/PAN Card

5. That my parents have had not entered my Birth on the above said Date --------in the birth register of Registrar Birth & Death, oooooooooo(name of city), country.

Hello,

I have my file complete and I am going to send it to the New Delhi high commission in a couple of days. However I do not have a birth certificate for myslef and my wife. Do we necessarily need it or will they consider my secondary school leaving certificate as my date of birth proof.

I have read in this forum that one case was rejected by new delhi commission because the birth certficate was not attached.

Please advise, it is very urent

jo docs pejne hain ohna nu ek cover page la ke uste apne details like ke send kar da ki case officer di mail da wait karan. main apne saare documents already pej ditte ne bas uae da pcc reh gaya hai te hun eh affidavit da saypa hor pe gaya. Mere 120 din 23 april nu poore hone aa....????
