1. The new forms for FSW for cananda have een uploaded on website.
2. TO which address we should courier the forms.
3. How many marks one will score if he gets Listening 8.5/ reading 6.5/ writing 7.5/ speaking 7. will i get the 23 points in language or 20 points in language.
4. Do we need to pick up the letter of reference from all the previous employers or the appointment letter & relieving letter will work for the same.

My Bro has 10 years experience as Insurance Adjudicator. His Job is not in the new list.

Is it possible for him to visit Canada on a Tourist Visa, Get a Job and then apply for PR?

Or he first need to get a liecense to get a job in this sector? Is it possible to get a liecense on a tourist visa?

Please guide if there is any way out for him to apply for PR.

Both scenarios are tough, better to go on Student visa and then look for possibilities after landing
