Hi everyone i need info regarding PR for Canada on cook basis. as you know RULES is going to change soon end of this april . I contacted with one laywer they said they will apply my application before changes in rules. can anyone help me out that i will trust on them they will apply before rules change or its take time to apply for PR and they are just trying to get fee from me..............please reply me as soon as possible.........

many many thx for reply. yeah i got almost all doc to apply for PR. i got 6.5 overall in IELTS as well as Basic LEVEL of French as well plus 3 plus years expenice and two year study in certificate III in commercial cookery and diploma of management as well Bachelor in arts and Two years study in computer field. what you reconed that i should apply by myself or through agent??????? if by myself please tell me if possible where to apply??
