Rendezvous Bai Ji, please stay away from generalization, we Indians are really good at it. How do you know that the incident is "Racially" motivated ?. Police and other authorities are still trying to find out the reasons behind the incident and you have declared it as "Racism di waardat". I live close to this restaurant "Billu's eatary" and do you have any ideas how this guy has sucked up peoples blood by underpaying them and this is not the only business the owner has.
Honestly if you want me to start picking up isolated incidents like these i can come up with things happening in Canada or India everyday and term them as "Racism". I being an Indian and a Punjabi can very well say that we the Indians are one of the biggest Racists, the way we practice Racism is not hidden from anyone.

If you think you will be elegible to apply for permanent residency in 2-3 years , I advise you to wait and take that route . Life will be much easier .
