I want to know whether i am eligible for PR.
Is qubec or canada better for me as everyone is saying that canda PR takes time.I am also planning to so french language course.
If i start the process soon, when will i able to migrate?

U have all the pre requisite, let the system open (FSW system is temporary closed till 2013).
SSA to all
SSA veero,
I'm willing to apply as FSW in 2013. but as per new points system my points reduced to 66. so i have to appear in second language i.e french. I want to know is there any minimum benchmark for second official language also ??? As there is minimum threshold of CLB 7 for first language and they have listed CLB 5 for second language. it means i will get points only when there will be CLB 5 in particular module or i require CLB 5 in all modules...
Please reply..
