Hi Fellow Members,
I have a multiple entry Business visa for travelling to canada. Kindly advise if there is any chance of getting a work permit or PR if i travel to canada on a valid visa and do Flagpoling at the border.
To get a work permit, you need a full time job offer from a Canadian employer and an approved LMIA.
To get PR, you have to first apply for PR, be accepted and approved. Once you have a PR visa (which will take anywhere from several months to several years after you are accepted) - then at some point you will have to 'land' by either leaving Canada and re-entering or by arranging an inland landing appointment.

A business visitor visa allows you to visit Canada for business only. It doesn't allow to work in Canada. If you want to work, you must find obtain a approved LMIA from a Canadian Employer.
