Flagpoling with US visa to get Work permit

Dear Senior Members,

I have completed my studies in canada and looking to get post graduate work permit by flagpoling To new brunswick saint john US Canada border.

Since I have US visitor visa will the administrative refusal be negative impact when i travel to US or if i apply for US visa again?

And secondly i will flagpole by foot since my friend (who already has work permit) will drop me near the border.
Can I flagpole by foot?

Can you please advise me or should i apply online for work permit?

No ,you can't do that anymore . For a PGWP you can only apply online ,forgot the exact date of this new policy ,might have been November 15th.
