Fixing date of birth on citizenship

My citizenship card has my date of birth as 1994 ** **. Service Canada informed me this meant that my date of birth is 1994 00 00, which seems ridiculous and now I have to get this issue fixed. After fixing this issue, I will have to change the date of birth on my SIN record, and after fixing my SIN record I could apply for OSAP and finish my final years of my studies. Is there a fast way to fix the problem I am having?
