Amending study permit and visa/ Passport Birthday change.

Heyy! I'm an international student studying in Windsor Ontario. I just finish my first year of school, and I just realized the the date of birth on my passport does not match the date of birth on my birth certificate, it's 6 days off. All the documents I use in Canada including: study permit, University documents, Bank info, Sin number, have the date of birth from my passport. I am now considering fixing the date of birth on my passport without getting a new passport by getting a stamp on it from my consulate to amend the date of birth. If I were to change the date of birth on my passport will this cause any problems for me in Canada? Or can I just visit service Ontario to fix my study permit, and visit my University to change the date of birth?
