Hi All ,

Last month I received my CSQ certificate from Quebec Govt. However, in the certificate my first name and last name are Interchanged. I have sent back the certificate with a request letter for correction. May I know how long it will take to get the corrected certificate ?

In between, can I go ahead and file my PR form for Federal ?

any suggestion appreciated.
