fingerprinting..... citizenship application number not included

Hello to all,

please help, my sister was at commissinair for Fingerprinting for Citizenship, when we received the letter from IRCC, they told us to included the Citizenship file number in the fingerprint page,
the page given to us by Commisinair does not include the Citizenship Application number,
so, will we have to do another fingerprint and sent it to IRCC, please help, help..

Is it fine, if we have done fingerprint test from Commissnaire? does it going to delay the process?
