Oh, I missed you initial Kcamp as Kappy (both with K). He started the thread in June, I thought until now no result. Sorry, bro.
If the RCMP sends to you, then forward it to CIC asap once you got it. The address is in the FP-request mail that CIC sent to you, should be your local office. And if the result comes out in 3 days, that means you are clear.
No biggy....thanks for your prompt replied....one more question....if the rcmp send the result to my address...can I delivered it to St Clair myself instead of mailing it?

IMO, you better send it with Purolator. About $15, delivered in the morning, day after tomorrow. Because if you deliver it yourself, maybe you are not dropping the mail to the mail division, but customer service or front desk instead, who doesn't know AND DOESN'T CARE about mailing stuff. It's like when you call the call centre, some nice agents will tell you the real condition of your application. But some will simply sing a song to you about 24 months and 36 months. How can you tell that you are seeing a nice agent or a singer, right?

Could cause delay as there is record of your fingerprint in the RCMP database. According to RCMP, if no record found, the fingerprint report will be ready in 72 hours. If record found, even your change was not convicted, it could take up to 90-120 days to have the report ready.
And is it gonna affect my citizenship ? You think it will be helpful sending email to rcmp to expediate process my fingerprints and I correct me if I am wrong if charges droft and after a year the finger prints and dats will be automatically remove from rcmp data base. But How come I never found guilty but still have record ?

Is there any thing can be done before submitting the application to avoid delaying the application? For example the judge decision that the person is not convicted or whatsoever???
