i did mine on 2 days back and got copy from FP agency which has all the info as well something call document control no for tracking so i suggest go to agency and ask for the report.
Thank you so much. I understood the agency sends the document directly to RCMP which sends the results directly to IRCC. I did not know that we are supposed to receive any copies.

I got FP request on December 28, 2017 after getting in process on December 07. I completed fingerprints on January 15 at commissionaires and this morning RCMP replied to my email that verification has been completed and results have been returned to Citizenship and immigration on January 16.
Any idea how long cic takes to update FP results in the system?

Hello all. I am new to this forum. I applied for my citizenship on October 2017. I got a test invite for January 12, 2018. Shortly before that, I got a letter for FP request which I obliged and did on January 2, 2018. The lady from RCMP said that they will mail the results directly to me and I have to wait for 7-14days. Fast forward today, I already passed my test, and still waiting for the FP results. So I called RCMP. The lady said, they sent it out on January9th. I didnt get it yet. I called Canada Post and they said without a tracking number they cant track it.(obviously). So I predicted it went missing.
Its so frustrating. I called RCMP again and asked if I could get another FP and she said sure but I have to pay the fee again. Like as if it was my fault that I havent gotten my FP results. Anyone here got the same boat as me???
And also, what should I do???

During the interview after passing my citizenship test 19/20. The immigration officer ask me if i received a finger print request. I told her No. She checked the system and said they haven't send it yet but they will. I have waited for almost a month now. I haven't receive anything. I called the cic 1800 number numerous times. Different agents told me they don't see any finger print request on my file.
I don't know what exactly is going om.. does anyone has an idea or in similar situation.
