Finger print request

Hello can somebody help me, when I check my status on our citizenship, background checking is still in progress, saying that they need finger print and it says they send an email requesting for the finger print. But we did not received any email or mail for the finger print request. How would I request again for that email because it's been 6 months now since we passed our test for the citizenship. thank you and hoping you can help me.

It takes a few days to actually get that email. When did you see the note on the Status Checker?

I checked jan. 21st and i also send email that day requesting for the finger print request detail.

Did you check your spam folder? Sometimes my emails from IRCC go to the "Promotions" tab since I use gmail

I only use my yahoo account, ihavent recieved anything from them.
