You are wasting your time here. This forum is to share 'how to get a job' but there are no listings here.
Canada has a lot of skilled/unskilled workers in excess who can't find work while IN canada, so the chances of someone getting a work visa from outside is 0.00001
I do think that we have a finite amount of time and effort. And it is best not to throw that on lost causes.
As an excellent and extremely successful business consultant I am sure you advise your clients not to pursue business directions that only have a 0.00001% chance of success.
I can comprehend your stand. From what I see, I am looking at an objective outcome. You are looking at the conversation from a subjective viewpoint. Our perspectives differ. If what you call as privilege is truly what it is, why would I post a request on a forum and respond to all the replies?
We have already established the problem area and I am only trying to find a solution from people who can provide an insight or insights. Whichever is convenient to the forum members.

0.00001% chance of success is still a path to success. I cannot be ignorant to the fact that there could be a possible outcome that would stand in my favour. You never lose until you accept defeat. That's how I choose to operate.
That's great to hear. Thanks for letting me know. Can you please direct me to the source of the networking channel? I mean, are there specifics you could state?

https://ca.linkedin.com/ but that might clash with you policy of " I cannot mix business with personal agenda". Which I don't quite get because the very nature of your proposal is somewhat business and personal in nature. So if it is a stranger to you that you have never done business prior then it's ok? I would think there is a higher chance of a win-win arrangement using your existing contacts which should be plentiful.
Other networking channels I can recommend to you are
Not only that you are a stranger. Put it this way: You wouldn't tell me your the names/contact info of your family members, business partners, clients etc which are part your social economic business network in India, would you?

I am not proposing anything. I am not providing solutions, I am in search for one that alleviates my problem. Relationships, business or personal need not be similar, or same. A personal relationship is based on emotions and a business relationship is based on logic. The employee you hire is a stranger, you screen the profile based on logic and then you hire. You don't do the same in a personal relationship.
The win-win arrangement with existing contacts only works as long as the request is based on a mutual agreement stated and signed through a contract. So any request that is not stated in a contract becomes a favour, and this is not good practice. However, you can ask for favours in business, but where do you draw the line? That's where the problem starts.
Your recommendations are unacceptable because I am aware of these social media sites where people post stuff that is personal. I am strictly looking for a business channel. LinkedIn didn't work. Anything else?

Let's assume you asked for help like I did. This is what I would do,
I will ask for your resume/CV
I will share your resume/CV with my network
I will ask for your contact details - phone number or skype id (by private message, if the feature exists in this forum)
I will test your communication, because no matter what you study, if you cannot convey a message from multiple perspectives, you cannot get the work done on a long run (because some people will offer you a janitor's job when you have the capability to run a company)
I will state facts and make you aware of what I can offer.
Tell me what you need from me so that we can build trust before you offer to help. I am ok with this paradigm.

Are you sure you want to share your resume/CV in a public forum? This forum has the feature for a poster to send a private message (known as "conversation" to a group of at least one poster. I'm not sure what I need from you - I'm not hiring any janitors for my housing keeping and cleaning needs.
Screening can be done on personal relationships. Say you went through online platforms such as match.com. You screened through the posted information before you date this person, wouldn't you?
