Hi everyone!! I'm from Japan and recently I got an acceptance letter from high school in Canada. I already paid the money including school fees, homestay, and so on to the internatonal student program. And there's no additional cost except for travel expence. And my parents can give me some pocket money or maybe cost of class trip etc from their monthly income. So I think I should show my parents' monthly statement and the receipt of the school fees I paid to get my Study Permit.
Then, do I still have to show my (well, my parent's) balance statement? If I do, how much do I have to prove to get my Study Permit, because I already paid the fees? Thank you in advance
ufirst u show that u've paid the first sem fees. then u enclose the statement, which should say u have the rest of the money for the first year in your bank for a healthy 2 to 3 weeks at least.

Thank you for the quick reply. I already paid the annual fees, so I don't have to pay any more for the 1st year. Do I still have to show the balance statement?
If you've already paid full one year fees, just give them the receipt of the same. I think u'll be fine.mostly they care about the first year anyway 8)
