1.Business Administration:-financial planning (advanced Diploma)
2.Business Administration:-Human Resource (Advanced diploma)
Which one will provide me higher wages?

Dont go for which will give u high salary or not. go for the one in which u have passion or interest.

Which one am I am more likely to find employment in might also be a relevant question. Checkout salaries on payscale.com or glassdoor but do not of course expect to start on a great salary without any real experience.
