Just hoping to get some clarification on this as the wording on the documents is a tad confusing. I am applying to sponsor my husband in-land and he has a 5 year old son in the States. His son will be declared as a non-accompanying dependent as he lives full-time with his birth mother. Do I need to complete the financial evaluation if his son is a non-accompanying dependent?
